SOCIAL APPOINTMENT OF APPROVAL COMMISSIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article examines the features of social assignment of certification commissions in the system of public authorities. The features of public interest, with which their functioning is connected, are determined. It was concluded that the certification commissions perform public functions, and their activities are regulated primarily by the norms of public law.
