SOCIAL BENEFITS IN THE MIRROR OF COLLECTIVE PERCEPTIONS OF KIEV STUDENTS

Abstract
The article discusses the genesis of the system of social benefits in Ukraine, as well as an analysis of thegeneral perception of Kiev students about the fairness of certain benefits for various social/professional groups of modern Ukrainian society. The problem of the ratio of payment/gratuity of various public services presented in the public perceptions of metropolitan students is raised. The empirical base of the work was the data of a sociological survey of students from seven universities in Kiev, conducted by the authors in the II – III quarters of 2018 (n = 530).
