Social development of republic Adygea

Abstract
In article social and demographic problems of Republic Adygea, a way of their decision at republican level are considered. Social policy priorities in Adygea can be estimated by means of the analysis of budgetary mechanisms. The state policy of employment of the population is developed and realized taking into account economic, social and national features of republic.
