Social entrepreneurship as the solution tool of social and economic problems

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem concerning the development of social entrepreneurship and the formation of employment policy in Ukraine. In the context of the topic of investigation, the author conducts the analysis of the trends of informal and alternative employment to identify conditions for the implementation of social entrepreneurship in rural areas. The dynamics of the informal employment by the types of economic activity in Ukraine is highlighted. The estimation and forecasting of the informal and alternative employment is carried out. The analysis of factors was carried out and the degree of their influence on the informal and alternative employment is determined. According to the obtained data it is established that the highest level of influence on the level of informally employed population is the income from entrepreneurship and self-employment, the average one characterizes the unemployed population of working-age, and the lowest income comes from the sale of agricultural products. The recommendations on the creation of the nature-recreational sanctuaries as forms of social entrepreneurship in rural areas are proposed. The directions for the improvement of coordination work in the united territorial communities regarding the realization of social entrepreneurship on the example of nature-recreational sanctuaries are substantiated.
