SOCIAL HOUSING RENT IN A LEGAL ASPECT: NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The article presents a theoretical generalization and solution of the scientific problem, which includes a legal description of the contract of social hiring (rent) of housing and determining the directions of improving the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of providing citizens with housing from the social housing in accordance with the positive European experience.
