Social prerequisites for reforming the transport infrastructure for people with special needs

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis and research of the state of transport services for persons with special needs. The problems of the actual implementation of legislation in the field of transport of persons with disabilities are determined. It is substantiated that proposals for ensuring the level of transport services provided by legislation.
