SOCIAL PRIORITIES OF FISCAL POLICY IN POST-CRISIS PERIOD

Abstract
The article presents complex research of social priorities the fiscal policy in Ukraine. Determine the economic nature of social development, the influence of budgetary resources for achieving the social objectives in the post-crisis period. Author described main aspects determining the parameters of fiscal policy in the context of income and rationalizes expenditures, their role as part of fiscal instruments and mechanisms to achieve social policy objectives. It is also about the development of fiscal instruments of government regulation the social processes in society – budget and tax system (automatic stabilization mechanisms or discrete temporary terms of fiscal policy): taxes as a cyclical automatic stabilizers that provide the bulk of budget revenues, due to the increased liability of the State to society. The priority areas of improving the effectiveness of fiscal guaranteeing social functions of the state in our country.
