Abstract
Динамика характера социальной защиты рассматривается сквозь призму развития общественно ответственного поведения. Социальные трансферты изучаются в общем контексте баланса интересов различных групп населения. В качестве важнейшего фактора предотвращения / сдерживания и распределения социальных рисков анализируются механизмы государственно-частного партнёрства.
