Socio-economic transformations of standards as a key factor to environmental modernization of the regional level

Abstract
Over the years, economic, social and environmental transformation is traditionally considered separate issues. The main problem is that the the stability of systems indicators are measured singly, as if they were independent from each other. Changing environmental conditions which affect each component in the economic, social and environmental spheres, should be included in the transformation standards. Standards in sphere Ecological modernization are instruments of quality control socio-economic systems
