SOCIOCULTURAL FACTORS OF CORRUPTION IN THE PHILOSOPHICAL-ANTHROPOLOGICAL DIMENSION

Abstract
The authors consider corruption in a philosophical and anthropological sense emphasizing the need to take into account the subjective side of corruption, the role of the "human factor". Whithout denying the importance of social technologies, the authors note that such technologies should be used by meritocracy, especially in the field of mass media. The current state of affairs in Russian reality is complicated by the fact that the laws of awards and punishment, discovered by P.A. Sorokin, are not applicable to Russian reality anymore since society and the state are in a difficult situation of “forced corruption”. These laws must be refracted through the process of the formation of modern political elite. The article concludes that in the context of expanding the scale of corruption, the heteronomy of social laws cannot be efficient due to individual anomie and a personality civilization crisis
