СОЦІОМЕТРИЧНІ ПОКАЗНИКИ В СИСТЕМІ ОЦІНКИ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО КЛІМАТУ ВОЛЕЙБОЛЬНОЇ КОМАНДИ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study siomething indicators and peculiarities of interpersonal interaction in the assessment of the psychological climate of the volleyball team of skilled volleyball players. Analyzes the role of psychological climate in sports team. Identified psychological characteristics in sports and volleyball in particular. A study of the assessment of socio-psychological climate and peculiarities of interpersonal interaction in the team of the volleyball team qualified women’s volleyball team «Orbita– ZTMC–ZNU» (13 athletes) using the techniques: «Sociometry» by Jacob Moreno, «Evaluation of the moral-psychological climate in the team» L.M. Lucosky and «Evaluation of psychological atmosphere in the team» L. Sedunova. Using the method of «Assessment of the moral-psychological climate in the team» L.M. Lucosky was discovered existing in collective problems such as: the division of staff into «preferred» and «rejected»; difficulties in adaptation of new team members; lack of faith in their strength in extreme situations; failure tactically to comment; the lack of a common goal; presence of gangs that are in conflict with each other cause the high selenography coefficient negative qualities (2.8 m), as ineffective sports team that is presented in themethod «Evaluation of psychological atmosphere in the team» L. Sedunova. According to the results of the method «Sociometry» by Jacob Moreno, it was found that a sports team is the current leader in the category «learning», which, in turn, is a formal (team captain), but he is not the leader in the category «leisure ». An informal leader in the category «leisure» is the athlete that is in the category «education» has not received any positive choice. Determined that socomenin indicators determine the psychological climate in sports team. Found that affecting change siomething indicators it is possible to improve the psychological climate.
