SOFTWARE TO SEARCH FOR CRISPR-SYSTEMS

Abstract

CRISRP-systems are investigated. The most popular algorithms for finding palindromic repetitions are analyzed. The Manaker algorithm is implemented to search for palindromic repeats in biological sequences. The software application, which finds palindromes and displays their quantity in the given biological sequence, is developed.
