СОЛЕУСТОЙЧИВЫЕ ФОСФОРМОБИЛИЗУЮЩИЕ РИЗОБАКТЕРИИ ХЛОПЧАТНИКА В БИОКОНТРОЛЕ ФИТОПАТОГЕНА FUSARIUM SOLANI

Abstract

The research aimed to study the antagonistic activity of the salt-tolerant strains of cotton rhizobacteria in relation to the phytopathogen Fusarium solani 319 and the influence of the strains association on the damage of seedlings with phytopathogen. The study of inhibition of growth and development of the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium solani 319 strains of rhizobacteria showed high antagonistic activity of the strains in relation to phytopathogen, as evidenced by large of growth inhibition zones. In experiments with cotton seedlings on mild, medium and heavily infected by Fusarium solani 319 backgrounds pre-sowing treatment of cotton seeds by the strains association promoted the increasing of resistance against phytopathogen, stimulation of root formation, growth and development of cotton seedlings, as evidenced by the improvement in the biometric indicators. Consequently, the association of rhizobacteria can be recommended for biocontrol of diseases of cotton caused by phytopathogen Fusarium solani on saline and degraded soils.
