SOLUTION PROCEDURE FOR FUZZY PROJECT CRASHING PROBLEM THROUGH GOAL PROGRAMMING TECHNIQUE

Abstract

Project management is one of the most important fields in business and industry. Every task in an organization can be taken into account as a project. Time Cost Trade Off problem is one of the main aspects of project scheduling. In this paper, we have presented a new algorithm for solving Fully Fuzzy Time Cost Trade Off problems through Goal Programming technique. Using this technique, the project manager will be able to determine the minimum otal cost of the project and minimum duration of the pr oject easily. An illustration is provided to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.
