SOME ASPECTS CONCERNING THE ANATOMY OF THE OFFSHOOT OF ACER L. SPECIES FROM THE COLLECTION OF THE BOTANICAL GARDEN IASSY

Abstract

Acer genus hase many species with different use. This paper has investigated anatomy of the offshoot at nine taxa belonging to genus. The cork varies in number of layers and lack on A. negundo and A. saccharinum. The transition from the primary structure to the secondary one takes place early. The fascicles in petiole are disposed in various positions; on A. monspessulanum the side-adaxial fascicles are of amphicribral type. On both faces of the lamina there are glandular and eglandular hairs on all studied species (except on A. saccharinum). The percentage the two tissues of the mesophyll in the structure of the lamina is variable.
