Some aspects of quality management within the enterprise

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The article is to identify the features of quality assurance and management at the enterprise level in a market economy with a high level of competition. The article is devoted to the study of the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises that implement the quality management system to ensure their profitability. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. Have been analyzed and systematized the concepts of quality management and the quality management system at the enterprise level. The directions of increasing the level of quality and improving the activities of the enterprise have been developed, which contribute to improving the quality of products and services and increasing the efficiency of enterprises' operation. Practical value. The article substantiates that the introduction of a quality management system will contribute to an increase in revenue and profit while improving the level of satisfaction of clients and other partners of the organization. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the practice of enterprises.
