Some aspects of the concept and the forms of protection of labor rights with foreign participation

Abstract
The article deals with the protection of labor relations as the main responsibility of the state in relation to citizens performing the labor function. The legislation of any country provides that the highest value of the state is the person, his rights and freedoms, and the recognition, observance and protection of such rights and freedoms is the most important duty of the state. The authors consider the concept of labor rights protection in relation not only to Russian citizens but also with foreign participation. Citizens’ labour rights are intended to be protected by all jurisdictional bodies that have jurisdiction over labour disputes, including the courts. One of the fundamental national sources of labour activity in the Russian Federation, namely the Labour code of the Russian Federation, contains a necessary provision providing for the protection of labour rights of workers.
