SOME ASPECTS OF THE CREATION AND OPERATION OF JOINT INVESTIGATION TEAMS IN THE INVESTIGATION OF INTERCONNECTED CRIMES: ON THE EXAMPLE OF INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES

Abstract
The article reveals some legal and organizational basis for the creation and opera- tion of joint investigative team in some countries of the Commonwealth of Indepen- dent States. We consider the provisions of the Agreement on the establishment and operation of joint investigative task forces on the territories of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the terms of the direct interaction of authorized bodies, the main directions of pre-trial investigation, the production of proceedings and the exchange of information received.
