Some aspects of the development of the digital economy in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects and research of modern problems of digital economy development in Ukraine. The essence and features of the digital economy are considered. The experience of digital transformations in European countries is analyzed. The tendencies of digitization of Ukraine are determined. The main normative and legislative acts are worked out at digitization of the economy, public and social spheres are considered. The projects of digitalization are directed, stimulation of the domestic market of production, use and consumption of digital technologies are defined. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity of developing a digital component of the categories of the traditional economy, namely economic culture.
