SOME ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
Historical, legal, and other aspects of the formation of the system of providing financial and economic security in the leading countries of the world are considered. A particular attention is paid to the regulatory support and theoretical foundations of financial and economic security. The positive experience of the USA is emphasized. It is noted that the experience in solving problems of providing national security gathered by the United States stimulated other countries in the world to develop and implement their own concepts and strategies of the national security, oriented towards a reliable protection of national and economic interests. Most of the strategies of the national security of countries are oriented to provide national and economic security through the conduct of radical economic reforms, close integration in global and European security systems, joining to economic and political unions and organizations. Their main purpose is sustainable economic and social development, peaceful international coexistence, growth in the welfare of the population, and resistance to the impact of internal and external threats.
