SOME ASPECTS OF THE PRINCIPLE LANGUAGE IN UKRAINE ECONOMIC PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine on the use of the state language in the commercial proceedings. It is noted in some aspects of language use in the administration of justice, as well as the uncertainty of a number of phrases taken by Ukraine in the laws relating to the assessment of language proficiency citizens.
