Some aspects of the staffing of the judicial experts institute

Abstract
The public need for the prompt disclosure of that unbiased investigation of the crime necessitates the involvement of an expert with specialist knowledge in a variety of industries, such as: criminalistics, economics, commodity research, psychology, art studies, ecology, in the field of intellectual property, that engineering and technical field. In Ukraine there are more than 11 thousand courts dealing with transport issues, reserved by judges of our state. From the level of the country to the north to the edges, in particular, for ensuring justice in the courts, in particular, the proportion of specific people. Obligations that are required to fill the form of the abandoned building of the Institute of Boating and the safety and operation of ships and ships. The purpose of the work is to investigate the essence of the staffing of the judicial experts institute and to provide recommendations for its improvement as part of the training of forensic experts, the identification of staffing needs and the application of motivational approaches. The regulatory legal acts governing the staffing of the institute of the forensic experts in Ukraine are investigated. The absence of clearly definitions of the terms “staffing” and “special knowledge” was revealed. The features of the preparation of judicial experts have been clarified. The latest planning methods for determining the need for experts (extrapolation, forecasting, multivariate analysis of the functional division of labor of experts) are considered. The tools of material motivation of judicial experts are defined. A methodical approach to the calculation of surcharges to judicial experts is proposed.
