Some aspects of the use of Vasyl Sukhomlynskii’s ideas on the actualization of the motivation of pedagogues to professional activity in the conditions of changes in the system of postgraduate education

Abstract
The problem area of reforming educational space in Ukraine is determined. The article substantiates necessity of mobilizing various sectors of society to promote the process of transformation of the educational environment. It is proposed to use the results of cross-sectorial studies to improve the quality of the reform process. The heritage of the great Ukrainian teacher Vasyl Sukhomlynskii in the socio-psychological context of using his ideas in the period of the educational space reform is estimated. Sukhomlynskii’s ideas and the content of the concept of the New Ukrainian School are compared. The main conceptual principles of the strategy of the implementation of the New Ukrainian School are highlighted. The basic directions of work on updating modern teachers’ motivation to professional activity in the conditions of changes in the system of postgraduate education are substantiated and determined.
