SOME FEATURES OF THE INITIAL STAGE OF FALSE REPORTS OF THE EXPLOSION’S THREAT INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the initial stage of the deliberately false reports of a bomb threat investigation. The main problems of the inspection of the scene of the commission of such crimes have been analyzed. Some aspects of interrogation of a person who received a message about the threat of an explosion are determined. It is noted that the important element of the initial stage of the investigation is the versioning. Speaking about the typical versions put forward in the deliberately false reports of the threat of an explosion investigation, attention is drawn to the various investigative situations. In addition, an important role in the such crimes investigation belongs to the conclusions of experts.
