Some features of the modern methodology in studying of constitutional reforms

Abstract
It is described some features of modern methodology in the study of constitutional reform in modern times. The main objective is to summarize the results of scientific research on the scientific and methodological evaluation of modern constitutional reforms, the study of theories related to constitutional reform and their application in practice. It is noted that the fundamental basis of the methodology for the study of constitutional reforms is the method of logical (dogmatic) analysis. Its use creates prerequisites for doctrinal descriptions, generalizations, systematization, logical regulation of material, definition of definitions, interpretations, interpretation of the events learned. This will allow the study of constitutional reform, starting with the simplest description of the constitutional and legal processes taking place within it and the associated constitutional and legal norms. It is also investigated the additions and changes to other regulatory legal acts that contain constitutional legal norms. As a result of the research, both local and foreign experience on the subject was studied, and the existing problems in this area were expressed. The existing legal literature, the legal and regulatory framework have been analyzed, and a number of recommendations and suggestions have been made.
