Some issues of bringing to administrative responsibility for failure to comply with court decisions in Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines public relations in the sphere of administrative procedure, activity of bodies of pretrial investigation and prosecutorial and current state legislation that establishes administrative liability for failure to comply with court decisions and the validity of these rules and the adequacy of their provisions for effective implementation and compliance with European standards, offers ways of improving legislation in this sphere.
