Journal Title: Актуальні проблеми вітчизняної юриспруденції - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 5
Abstract
The article discusses some peculiarities of the supervision of the military and naval prosecutor’s office over the preliminary investigation in the Russian Empire after the military-judicial reform of 1867. In comparison with the civil Prosecutor’s office, this supervision was limited, which was due to the special role of military and naval commanders in the criminal process.
