Abstract
Investigational acts of the created Supreme Court as sources of administrative law, and their correlation with existent judicial practice, namely with the acts of Supreme Court of Ukraine and Higher administrative court of Ukraine. Rules are formulated, on the use of acts of operating Supreme Court and acts of Supreme Court of Ukraine and Higher administrative court of Ukraine.
