SOME PROBLEMS OF HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN THE PRESENT PERIOD OF TRANSITION AND THEIR DECISION

Abstract
In the material very briefly are presented the social- economic problems and conditions that negatively influence the state of great number of citizens especially the handicapped at the present period of transition. It is stressed that the present rights linked to the material existence of handicapped and their families are not fulfilling their real needs.
