SOME PROCEDURAL ISSUES DIVORCE PERSPECTIVE ON STANDARDS LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in the sphere of state registration of civil status to bring them into line with European standards». Analyzes the current legislation of the Family Code concerning divorce between persons who are minors or minors in court and norms of the bill regarding submission to the authority of civil registration (the Registry Office) joint statement in paper form in person or by sending it electronically to authority Registry Office on divorce irrespective of the couple children. Singling out the flaws of modern and future legislation regarding the termination of marriage and offered proposals aimed at improving the current legislation of Ukraine in this field. According to an end in the article the concept of termination of marriage, termination of marriage as a result of its dissolution; comparison of current legislation of Ukraine with the bill concerning the grounds and procedure for divorce. It is concluded that in order to maximize and quality human needs in the state civil registration, the establishment of an effective mechanism for the rights and interests of citizens, introduction of state of European standards, it is appropriate divorce in a simplified form even in the presence of children in the absence about divorce dispute, and considering these in the amendments as trial usually does not change the desire of spouses to terminate the marriage relationship, but only delays the process and overloads the courts.
