SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT IMPACT OF MORATORIUM ON FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LAND MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of problematic issues and legal of the status of land as an object of ownership. The analysis of discussion questions, revealed positive and negative sides of the moratorium on sale of agricultural land. Studied practical proposals corcerning the improvement and development of agricultural land market.
