SOME QUESTIONS OF CONSUMER PROTECTION WHEN BUYING GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of certain issues of realization of the consumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality. The author focuses on the problematic issues of realization of consumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality. It determines what you need to solve the problems of implementing the rights of consumers when purchasing goods of good quality complex, focusing on the principles of reasonableness and fairness, as well as eliminating the contradictions and ambiguities in the current legislation and summarizing the judicial practice.
