Some questions of strengthening of state-public institution in addressing current environmental problems

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coordination of activities of state authorities and the public in addressing environmental problems. The necessity of building a socially-innovative mecha- nism of government implementation of environmental policies for sustainable development on a democratic basis. Author's point of view regarding the improvement of the practical co- ordination of activities of local authorities and the public in addressing environmental issues by supporting local environmental initiatives on a parity basis. The author suggested the introduction of additional tax preferential preferences as an additional incentive to attract funds of economic entities to the solution of environmental problems.
