SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE FUNERAL INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article is devoted to research legal status funeral industry in Ukraine. The article highlights the problems associated with the funeral business faced today municipal authorities, legal entities and individuals, and proposed solutions to this situation. The author formulated proposals to strengthen control over the definition of the subject of the provision of funeral lonely people and people from dumping which refused to relatives.
