Abstract
With the Law No. 5510, those who work in home services that include one of the areas outside the scope of compulsory insurance have become one of the compulsory insurance types in terms of the area they cover after the regulation introduced by Law No. 6552. As a matter of fact, among the employees working in the home service and those who work for a long time in ten days, the employees in both groups are covered with the regulation in accordance with the insurance branch. . In this framework, the situation before and after the Act 6552 was evaluated within the framework of doctrines and high court practices regarding what should be understood from the employees working in the home services, and this work was prepared for the purpose of examining the situation of the employees in these services in terms of social security law. it will be in place to operate mechanisms that will raise awareness of the legal rights and obligations of the employees and their employees in these services.
