Journal Title: Вісник Львівського університету - Year 2017, Vol 15, Issue
Abstract
The focus is on the historical component of client relations in public policy. The formation of regional political regimes, which has taken place since the beginning of the 1990-s in the conditions of political and legal un certainty and relative autonomy of regional elites, which ended before the beginning of the 2000-s, is shown. It also shows the establishment of a relative equilibrium between the formal-legal and informal-institutional structures of regional political power.
