SOURCES OF LAW IN FOREIGN LEGAL DOCTRINE

Abstract
This article analyzes the approaches to understanding the concept of “source of law” in the works of foreign scientists. Highlights of the relationship between material and formal sources of law, the role and place of constitution in the system of sources of law. It is noted that the above approach will allow, on the one hand, to expand understanding of the nature of the concept, and on the other, to move away from the traditional understanding of it.
