Journal Title: Conjuntura Austral: journal of the Global South - Year 2016, Vol 7, Issue 33
Abstract
This essay critically analyzes the historical evolution of state sovereignty and how the linguistic turn in the 1980s has changed its perception. We conclude that is a big challenge its study, but extremely important considering the current transformations nowadays, specially in times of international cooperation.
