СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО МЕХАНИЗМА ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ В НЕФТЕДОБЫЧЕ АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНА

Abstract

In article it is marked that innovative development of oil fields of Azerbaijan, appears less effective because of their unproductiveness. Therefore enhancement organizationally - the economic mechanism of innovative development in the oil-extracting industry of the republic is the priority task. The factors causing priority of innovative development of the oil-extracting industry of Azerbaijan are given. It is marked that investment of any innovative project in the oil-extracting industry is accompanied by certain risks and types of the risks existing in oil and gas industry are given. Therefore before investing the innovative project in the oil-extracting industry it is necessary to estimate risk level and probability of success. The methods promoting to reduce innovative risk are given in article. The high level of physical wear of fixed assets puts a row of tasks before oil industry of the republic from which main thing is up-dating of their active part taking into account specifics of oil fields. The decision of tasks on technical technologically up-dating of production on the basis of innovations, in many respects depends on a financial status of the oil-extracting enterprises. Besides, the innovative activities requiring attachment of investments in considerable volume always need additional stimulation. In article need of the state stimulation of innovative activities in the conditions of the market relations is justified and the factors causing it are given. For enhancement of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development, it is offered to create the innovative strategy of the oil-extracting enterprise and the principles on the basis of which the innovative strategy of the oil-extracting enterprise shall be built are given. Formation of innovative strategy is offered to be realized step by step and the entity of the appropriate stages reveals.
