SOVIET NOTARY SYSTEM: CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES AND PECULIARITIES OF DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the establishment and development of Soviet notary system in USSR from 1941 to 1975. A comparative analysis of the Regulations on the state notary system, which had been approved in the second half of the twentieth century, was made. The attention was focused on the peculiarities of carrying out notarial activity during the war period and during the period of political leadership change in the USSR.
