СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ ПИЩЕВАРИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ СРЕДИ ВЗРОСЛЫХ

Abstract
In the Republic of Armenia, non-infectious diseases of the digestive tract for many years occupied the 4-5th place in the structure of non-infectious diseases. However, the social-hygienic significance of the disease is due not only to the pathogenesis of the disease, but also to the level of disability, mortality, temporary and permanent disability. It is also important to assess the importance of controlled and uncontrolled risk factors of the development of the disease. The aim is to study the epidemiological and structural features of the diseases of the digestive tract among the population of Armenia, as well as assess the significance of the main risk factors. Epidemiological study of diseases and structure of the digestive tract was carried out in accordance with individual groups. The poll was conducted in 10 regions of Armenia and in Yerevan. According to the results of the study, the presence of chronic diseases of the digestive system has sexual and age characteristics. Diseases of the digestive system were found among 44.2 % of people, men - 65.9 %, and women - 34.1 %. Such diseases were found among men aged 30-39 and 40-49. When planning the development of a specialized system of care for patients with diseases of the digestive system, the characteristics of the diseases are taken into account.
