Special features of recognition and giving the permission to enforcement of English commercial arbitral awards in Ukraine

Abstract
This article studies special features of recognition and giving the permission to enforcement of English commercial arbitral awards in Ukraine. The main special features of this procedure are that rights and obligations arising on the basis of English arbitral awards and on the basis of the rules of foreign law cannot be implemented if the national legislation of Ukraine and England, international treaties are not observed.
