Special issues for joint-expert providing executive examination in reforming conditions system of the MIA of Ukraine

Abstract
Some issues of forensic expert support of pre-trial investigation in the conditions of reforming the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are considered. Some comments were made on the joint activity of the Expert Service and the bodies of pre-trial investigation during investigations (investigatory) actions. Proposals on the normative and legal regulation of their further cooperation are presented.
