Special principles of activity of public administration in the field of public health

Abstract
The article is devoted to the determination of special principles of activity of public administration in the field of public health. The author’s definition of the concept of special principles of activity of public administration in the field of public health is proposed. Sources of regulation of special principles of activity of public administration in the field of public health are introduced. The main principles of activity of public administration in the field of public healthcare related to special principles are listed. The author’s vision of the essence and content of special principles provided for by the Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care” is given. Proposals on the improvement of regulation of special principles of activity of public administration in the field of public health are formulated.
