Specific ecological and legal aspects of game management organization in Ukraine

Abstract
The analysis of the considered ecological and legal aspects of the reproduction, conservation and use of domestic hunting resources showed their imperfections. This hinders the successful development of the national game husbandry and requires an intensive norm-setting activity from the relevant central bodies of executive power. In the first place, it refers to the proper regulation of environmental principles relevant to current challenges in the basic laws and subordinate legislation acts governing the industry.
