SPECIFIC FEATURES OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF JOINTSTOCK COMPANIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of foundation and development of joint-stock companies in Ukraine. The stages of the adoption of the legislative framework for activities for this form of organization are analyzed. The main advantages and disadvantages that characterize the studied form of entrepreneurial activity are determined. Dynamics of key performance indicators of joint-stock companies is considered, and improvements are proposed.
