SPECIFIC INDICATOR OF ECONOMIC AND MATHEMATICAL INDEX OF «BIOETHICAL» ABILITY OF COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE TO GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
A specific indicators, ratios, economic and mathematical formulas solve some controversial bioethical issues of capacity of countries to globalization. To determine the total volumes index of economic-mathematical index of ecological and economic (bioethical) capacity of a country to globalization asked to calculate this index. The calculation is proposed to be based on a number of fairly complex economic and mathematical calculations. This series of payments proposed to distribute two key components: 1) the calculation of specific indicators of economic-mathematical index of economic capacity of countries to globalization and 2) the calculation of specific indicators of economic-mathematical index of ecological and economic viability of globalization. In aggregate, they constitute the required specific rates (by countries) economic-mathematical index bioethical country’s ability to globalization.
