Abstract
The article explores the nature of the public contract as a special civil law contract. Also features of its application in connection with problems of interaction of imperative and dispositive norms in the civil law and the coordination of private interests with public are also highlighted. There is a distinction between a public contract and an accession agreement which have the same nature at first glance.
