SPECIFIC QUESTIONS OF THE LEGAL ORGANIZATION OF THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF UKRAINE AS A DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of the legal organization of the transport system of Ukraine. The integration-legal and functional- legal approaches to definition of a transport system are offered. The purpose and functional role of the transport system, its features are determined. On the basis of the formulated signs the definition of the transport system is given. The system approach to the definition of the economic system is analyzed. It is emphasized that the transport system is a sectoral economic system. Determine the objective and organizational nature of the connection between the subjects of the transport system. It is concluded that the transport system mediates the transport activity and, at the same time, determines the state regulation.
