SPECIFICITY FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the processes of the essential transformation of the concept of “quality”. The content of the concept “quality of educational service” is identified. Approaches to the assessment of the quality of educational services of the institution of higher education are considered. The developed approaches to the assessment of the quality of educational services by stakeholders are higher education institutions. The influence of external communications of the institution of higher education on the process of forming the quality of its educational services is established.
